Introducing brokers
The JFD Overseas introducing broker (IB) programme is for influencers, content creators, networkers and fund managers who refer clients. IBs earn eligible commissions on a multi-level structure of up to six levels, and are paid daily.

There is no single package: each IB is offered a package tailored to their business, and the terms are negotiated with the team.

- One universal referral link for every account type and deal; referrals are tracked whichever account or offer they choose

Clients you introduce
Clients you refer open their accounts with JFD Overseas Ltd and accept its Client Agreement.
- Eligible clients
- JFD Overseas Ltd provides its services to eligible clients in permitted jurisdictions. They are not offered to residents of the restricted countries listed at the foot of this page.
- Credit bonus
- IBs can take part in the 100% credit bonus. Third parties may not take part on behalf of an IB without proper authorisation (Promotion Terms, clauses 1.2 and 1.6).
- Client Agreement, clause 30
- JFD Overseas is not responsible for the conduct or representations of an introducer, and is not bound by separate agreements between a client and an introducer. A client’s relationship with an introducer may result in additional costs, since JFD Overseas may be obliged to pay commission fees or charges to the introducer.
