JFD Overseas Ltd (Company No. 17933) is authorised and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). Since 17 January 2023, the Company has held Class A, B and C Financial Dealers Licences.

Client Fund Protection

JFD Overseas implements client-fund protection measures, including the segregation of client funds from the Company’s own funds, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Our regulatory framework and internal controls include risk-management measures and the provision of appropriate risk disclosures.
